Real Estate Sales Agent: Our Agents will: Engage new buyers and cultivate those contacts into clients Guide the buyers’ throughout the end to end buying process Provide unbiased representation to our clients Manage clients directly through the deal flow with the assistance of the Team Lead Actively promote and engage with other team agents to grow market share and positive team reputation Actively work to promote Lifestyle Realty within the region and local market Researching the local real estate market Complete and present Market Analysis report to potential sellers Help identify the key selling points Complete property disclosure forms Arrange pictures for listings List homes for sale on MLS system. Put lockbox on properties.Coordinate visits / showings Work alongside multiple lenders for borrowers financing (pre-approval) Hold an open house, if warranted Present offers to sellers and help differentiate them.Negotiating with agents on buyers behalf Attend the closing / settlement What we’re looking for: Age 18+Real Estate Licensee or ability to obtain license Self-motivated, driven and energetic Willingness to work hard in a fast paced environment Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills Service oriented attitude with a client first focus Strong organizational skills Ability to work productively within a team environment High ethical standards Drive for excellence and growth.
